Cancellations + Refunds

Online orders can be cancelled if it’s at least 48 hours before the date/time requested, minus a $5 processing fee. Cancellations and refunds MUST be requested by phone.

Deliveries

FOR ONLINE ORDERS:

We do not guarantee specific delivery or pick up times, so if this is critical, please call us first to check. We will do our best to deliver close to the time you request, as long as it's within normal business hours. (All deliveries to businesses will be made before 4pm)

If the recipient is not home when we attempt to deliver the arrangement, the following steps will be taken:

1. Depending on the season (i.e. not hot summer or freezing winter) we will try to find somewhere safe to leave the flowers on the property

2. We may try to leave the arrangement with a neighbor

3. If neither 1 or 2 is viable, we will bring the arrangement back to the shop where it can be picked up

In all three above cases, we will call the recipient letting them know where their arrangement is.

**NOTE FOR VALENTINE'S DAY ORDERS**

Deliveries will be made throughout the day and will be based on geographic location.

*For weddings, events, funerals and corporate accounts, delivery details will be specified as part of the formal order.
